Welcome to Cottonwood Bay Natural Area located on the banks of the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon. This park helps protect some of the last remaining cottonwood trees on the west bank of the Willamette River.

Portland Oregon Park Ordinances

*All parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at midnight.

*The following are prohibited; littering, defacing public property, illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, weapons, fireworks.

*The following require special permits; sales.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas, fishing, motor vehicles, fires, golfing, archery, remote control vehicles.

*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 8 feet) and waste removed.
