Welcome to Ladd Circle Park in Portland, Oregon. This park was first established in 1981 and was named for a 19th century migrant to the region named William Sargent Ladd. He started as a merchant, then got into real estate, and was eventually elected mayor.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas, fishing, motor vehicles, fires, golfing, archery, remote control vehicles.

*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 8 feet) and waste removed.
