Portland Heights Park

Welcome to Portland Heights Park in Portland, Oregon. This park was first established in 1945 but even before then the land's previous owners Mayannah and Boudino Seeley allowed the neighbors to use it for recreational activities. The tennis courts at Portland Heights Park are lighted and both the playground and the restrooms are ADA accessible.

*Unless otherwise posted all parks close at 12:01 a.m. and open at 5:00 a.m.

*The following are prohibited; alcoholic beverages (except during special occasions under specific circumstances), defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering, tobacco products, weapons.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; archery, bathing, fires, fishing, golfing, motor vehicles, remote control aircraft, swimming.

*The following require special permits; sales, setting off fireworks.

*Please try to use the restrooms for all purposes of urination or defacation.

*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 8 feet) and waste removed.
