Cape Lookout State Park
Welcome to Oregon's beautiful Cape Lookout State Park located only about 90 minutes from Portland.
Trails: This park boasts over 8 miles of hiking trails going through it's forests and beaches. The views of the ocean are spectacular here.
One of the park's more unique features is it's hang-gliding opportunities so be sure to look to the sky.
Camping: 35 of the campsites have full hookups. Come out and stay a few nights.
Park History: This park was first established in 1935 when the U.S. Lighthouse Service generously donated this land to the State of Oregon. The Civilian Conservation Corps helped build many of it's amenities.
