Welcome to Glen Otto Community Park located on the banks of the Sandy River in Troutdale, Oregon, a suburb of Portland. This park has a nice swimming beach on the Sandy River with lifeguards on duty from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is also home to the Sandy Drive in restaurant.

Troutdale Oregon Park Ordinances

*All parks open at 8:00 a.m. year round and close at 9:00 p.m. from April 1-September 30 and close at 6:00 p.m. from October 1-March 31.

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering, weapons.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; bicycles, domestic animals, fires, fishing, motor vehicles, swimming.
