Gettysburg, Pennsylvania

Welcome to the historic Gettysburg National Military Park located in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. This was the site of the bloodiest battle in the United States Civil War, a place where Confederate General Robert E. Lee suffered a major defeat on July 2, 1863. Today there are many ranger guided as well as self guided tours as well as many miles of multipurpose trails. Some of the park's wildlife include white-tailed deer, flying squirrels, foxes, skunks, rabbits, and over 187 species of birds making it a great place for bird-watching.
