Ridley Creek State Park
Welcome to Pennsylvania's Ridley Creek State Park, a place that is on the National Register of Historic Places. This park, was once the site of a 19th century mill village built on the banks of Ridley Creek. This village was known as Bishop's Mill, Providence Mill, and more recently Sycamore Mill. The State of Pennsylvania first purchased the land in the 1960's with money from the Land and Water Conservation Fund, a congressionally designated fund. In 1972 the park first opened to the public.
Today this park boasts miles of multipurpose trails, trout stocked streams, and a Tudor style mansion that can be rented out for weddings and other events. Come on out and explore!
