Amos Playground
Welcome to Amos Playground in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, birthplace of the United States and the City of Brotherly Love. This park was first established in 1960 and named in memory of Fletcher Monroe Amos who died in 1947 after being hit by a bus.

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.
*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, harming of wildlife, littering.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles.
*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.
