Welcome to Granahan Playground in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This park was named for William T. Granahan, a local WWI Veteran and Congressman. Ultimately his widow Kathryn took his job after his passing in 1956 making her the first female member of Congress for the State of Pennsylvania.
