Welcome to Baer Park in Reading, Pennsylvania. One can access the Schuykill River Trail from here. The volleyball court is a paved court and all of the park's athletic facilities are lighted to allow for evening activity. Come out and play a few rounds of tennis, shoot some baskets, explore the trail, and hit some homers. 

Reading, Pennsylvania Park Ordinances 

*From October 1 until April 30 all parks open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 11:00 p.m. and all other times of the year from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; bicycling, fires, fishing, horseback riding, skating, motor vehicles.

*The following are prohibited; boating, camping, defacing public property, ice-skating, littering, snowmobiles. 

*The following require special permits; fireworks, sales.

*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.
