Welcome to Franklin Farm in Cumberland, Rhode Island. This historic farm was Cumberland's last working dairy farm and was in operation for over 220 years.

Cumberland Rhode Island Park Ordinances

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 9:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles.

*All Animals must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.

Please respect these, and all local, State of Rhode Island, and United States statutes.
