Welcome to the beautiful and historic Riverfront Park located on the banks of the Congaree River in Columbia, South Carolina. This park is home to the world's first electronically operated textile mill and the hydroelectric plant is still in operation to this day. Come out and explore two and a half miles of paved multipurpose trails. The north entrance is located at 4112 River Road.

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at dawn and close at dusk.

*All fires must remain in picnic grills.

*The following are prohibited, littering, defacing public property, alcoholic beverages, harming plants or animals,

*Children 12 years of age and older are prohibited from using playgrounds designated as exclusive minor.
