Brushy Creek Soccer Park
Welcome to Brushy Creek Soccer Park located in Taylors, South Carolina. One might find it hard to believe, but these soccer fields were once literally cesspools. The land was once the property of the Western Carolina Regional Sewer Authority and was used as a sewage treatment lagoon. In 1979 the land was deeded to Greenville County which used some of the funds generated by the State Bingo Tax in order to restore the land. The soccer fields are lighted so people can play at night and many tournaments are hosted here.
