Welcome to Elmwood Park located on the banks of the Big Sioux River in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The picnic areas, playgrounds, and restrooms at Elmwood Park are all ADA accessible and the volleyball court is a sand court.

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, glass objects, harming or feeding wildlife, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; alcoholic beverages, bicycling, fires, golfing, motor vehicles. 

*The following require special permits; posting of handbills, sales, setting off fireworks,
