Ijams Nature Center and Mead’s Quarry Park

Welcome to Ijams Nature Center and Mead's Quarry Park located on the banks of the Tennessee River in Knoxville, Tennessee. Come out and explore miles of trails or do some rock-climbing at Ijams Crag.

The main entrance to Mead's Quarry Park is located at 3518 Island Home Pike.

*Unless otherwise posted, all parks open at dawn and close at dusk.

*The following are all prohibited; alcohol, firearms, golfing, horseback riding, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; motor vehicles, picnic grills.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.
