Memphis Tennessee Park Ordinances *All parks open at 6:00 a.m. year round and close at 8:00 p.m. March 15-October
*The following are prohibited; littering, defacing public property, harming wild animals, alcoholic beverages.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles, horses, bicycles.
*All dogs must be leashed no longer than six feet.
*While using the skate parks one must wear a helmet at all times.
