J.C. Napier Park is a small urban playground in Nashville, Tennessee that was named for a locally renouned African American citizen, James Carroll Napier. Napier was born in the region and grew up to attend Howard University and become both a lawyer and a banker. This park is located on a school campus so please use only when the school is not using it.
