Heritage Park

Welcome to Heritage Park, home to the Charles H. Hawes Athletic Center located at the confluence of the Clear and West Forks of the Trinity River in Fort Worth, Texas. Come work out at the gym and play any number of indoor sports like basketball or volleyball.

Fort Worth Park Ordinances

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 5:30 a.m. and close at 11 p.m.

*The following are all prohibited in any City of Forth Worth recreation area; Boisterous behavior, defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering.

*The following all require special permits; advertising, sales, solicitations.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; bicycles, boating, consumption of alcohol, fishing, golfing, skating, swimming.

*Flying of kites in areas close to power lines is prohibited and dangerous.

*All vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all State of Texas traffic laws.
