Welcome to J.R. Newman Park in Frisco, Texas, a suburb of Dallas/Fort Worth. This park was named for a local farmer who generously donated his land to be used as a park. Come shoot some hoops or cool down at the splash pad on hot days.

Frisco Texas Park Rules

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open 30 minutes before dawn and close at midnight.

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering, loitering within 25 feet of restrooms.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, golfing, motor vehicles, skating.

*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.

*All persons ages 8 and up must use the restroom of their designated sex.
