Welcome to Lake Livingston State Park located in Polk County Texas. This piece of land was first purchased by the State of Texas in 1971 and 6 years later opened up as a State Park. It boasts numerous recreational opportunities including boating and other aquatic sports, hiking, camping, and much more. Some of the wild animals that make their home in this park include armadillos, white-tailed deer, squirrels, and many others. Come out and explore!
