Welcome to Lockhart State Park located in Lockhart, Texas between Austin and San Antonio. The park's Recreation Hall has a 75 person capacity with a kitchen and can be rented out for parties and other events. The park was first established in the 1930's and many of it's facilities were built by the Civilian Conservation Corps. Some of the resident wildlife include white-tailed deer, bobcats, and coyotes.
