Welcome to Stubbs Park in Lubbock, Texas. This park has two lighted softball fields and a lighted sand volleyball court thus allowing for night games. The concession stand and restrooms are seasonal. The skate park is also lighted.

City of Lubbock, Texas Park ordinances.

*All parks open at 5 a.m. and close at midnight.

*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.

*The following are prohibited in all city parks; swimming, golfing, overnight camping, horseback riding, metal detecting, alcoholic beverages, glass containers, littering, harming plants or animals, defacing public property.

*Official practice on all athletic fields requires prior reservation. 

*All fishermen must have Texas State fishing license.

*All burning is restricted to picnic grills.

*All vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all State of Texas traffic laws.
