Welcome to the beautiful Brazos Bend State Park in Needville, Texas on the banks of the Brazos River not too far from Houston. This beautiful protected wilderness first became a state park back in 1984. Some of the resident wildlife include bobcats, white-tailed deer, American alligators, and nearly 300 species of birds making it a great birding destination. 73 of the park's campsites have electricity and water.
