Flat Iron Mesa Park is one of the largest and most active recreation areas in Sandy, Utah. One can catch an awesome view of both the Wasatch Mountains and the Valley from this park. The wide open field is a great place to fly kites on windy days.

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, golfing, harming of wildlife, littering, paintball, snowmobiling.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; bicycling, camping, fires, fishing, motor vehicles, skating, skiing, sledding, snowboarding, swimming.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.
