The basketball court at McHeather Park is a half court.

West Jordan Park Rules

For your safety and the safety of others the City of West Jordan has passed some laws regulating behavior in their parks.

*No animals allowed except for leashed dogs. All excrement must be removed.

*Except for the rodeo section of Veterans Memorial Park, horses are prohibited in all parks. 

*The following are all prohibited; gambling, alcoholic beverages, firearms, boisterous behavior, foul language, posting advertisements, damaging public property, removing plants or soil, littering, fireworks.

*Unless given special permission from the city manager, it is prohibited to camp in any West Jordan park.

*All motor vehicles must stay on roads and in parking lots.

*Except for the western ball diamonds in Veterans Memorial Park during certain times, flying remote controlled aircraft is prohibited.
