Welcome to Westmoreland State Park located on the banks of the Potomac River in Westmoreland County near the birthplaces of George Washington and Robert E. Lee.
Park History: This was one of the original six Virginia State Parks established in the 1930's and many of the parks roads and trails were dug by hand. Today the park offers 26 cabins, 133 campsites, a swimming pool, a boat ramp, and several miles of trails. Come on out and have a blast!
