Welcome to Plum Point Park located on the banks of the Elizabeth River in Norfolk, Virginia, home to the Navy's largest Atlantic fleet. One can do a little fishing here or one can also access the Elizabeth River Trail.

*The following are prohibited; alcohol, amplified sound, defacing public property, fireworks, glass objects, harming wildlife, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; bicycles, fires, fishing, motor vehicles, organized athletic play, remote control aircraft, swimming.

*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 8 feet) and waste removed.
