Welcome to Sarah Constance Beach Park located across the street from Monkey Bottom Park on the shores of Chesapeake Bay in Norfolk, Virginia, home to the Navy's largest Atlantic fleet. Come out and fly a kite or cool down at the beach on a hot summer day.

*The following are prohibited; alcohol, amplified sound, defacing public property, fireworks, glass objects, harming wildlife, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; bicycles, fires, fishing, motor vehicles, organized athletic play, remote control aircraft, swimming.

*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 8 feet) and waste removed.
