Welcome to Constitution Park located on the banks of the South River in Waynesboro, Virginia. E.I. Dupont and Nemours and Company generously donated this land to the City of Waynesboro. Many events are hosted here throughout the year including Civil War Reenactments, Car Shows, and Farmers Markets.

This park is also home to the Rotary Traffic Playground and the South River Preserve.
