Welcome to Vermont's beautiful Allis State Park located in the beautiful Green Mountains near Randolph.

Park History: The land that is today's Allis State Park was owned by the Allis Family for many generations and was operated as the "Bear Mountain Farm." Today the visitor can still see the remains of some of the old farming structures inside the park. The last Allis family landowner, Wallace Allis willed his land to the State of Vermont and after his passing in 1928, Allis State Park became Vermont's second developed State Park. In the 1930's the Civilian Conservation Corps helped to build many of the park's amenities.

For the lover of the outdoors Allis State Park boasts views of many nearby mountains including Mount Ascutney and Pico, hiking trails, campsites (NO SHOWERS AVAILABLE), and so much more. Come on out and explore.
