Welcome to Vermont's beautiful J.J. Dorand State Forest located near Grafton. Some of the resident wildlife include moose, black bears, raccoons, and coyotes.

When visiting any State Park or State Forest in Vermont Please respect the rules.

*The following are prohibited; feeding of wildlife, littering, chainsaws,

*The following require special permits; posting of bills, removal of plants or earth material.

*Glass objects are not allowed in pools or swimming areas.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas, metal detecting, swimming, camping.

*Children aged 14 and under must be supervised by adults.

*All pets must be leashed no longer than 10 feet and waste removed.

Please respect these and all local, State of Vermont, and United States statutes.
