Welcome to Prouty Beach Park located on the shores of Lake Memphremagog in Newport, Vermont. At the park's office one can rent either a bicycle or a non-motorized watercraft.

Camping: Prouty Beach Park has 75 campsites at what is considered to be one of the top rated campgrounds in the Green Mountain State. There are sites for RV's as well as sites for tents and laundry, toilets, and showers are located nearby. From the campground store one can buy insect repellant, marshmallows, sunscreen and other things. Come out and stay a few nights.

Picnicking: Prouty Beach has 2 picnic shelters both of which have grills. The larger Beach-Side Pavilion has over a dozen tables and the smaller Upper Tent Shelter has 6-8 tables. Come out and have a nice party.

Included in this park's acreage is a nearby Vermont Land Trust parcel.
