Hapgood State Forest

Welcome to Vermont's small yet scenic Hapgood State Forest located at the edge of the Green Mountain National Forest and the Bromley Mountain Ski Resort. Come out and explore the slopes.

When visiting any State Park or State Forest in Vermont Please respect the rules.

*The following are prohibited; feeding of wildlife, littering, chainsaws,

*The following require special permits; posting of bills, removal of plants or earth material.

*Glass objects are not allowed in pools or swimming areas.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas, metal detecting, swimming, camping.

*Children aged 14 and under must be supervised by adults.

*All pets must be leashed no longer than 10 feet and waste removed.
