Welcome to Vermont's grand and beautiful Coolidge State Park and Forest. The centerpiece of the forest is Coolidge State Park which like the forest was named for former President of the United States Calvin Coolidge.
Park History: Like a lot of the land in the region this forest was once cleared for agricultural purposes but ever since it was established in the 1930's much of it has returned to a state of nature. This forest boasts many miles of multipurpose trails built by the Civilian Conservation Corps as well as gold panning opportunities. The campsites have dump stations but no hookups. To contact the office please call 802-672-3612.
