Welcome to Washington's beautiful Birch Bay State Park located on the shores of Birch Bay in Blaine, Washington. The bay was named by a late 18th century explorer named Archibald Menzies who noticed lots of birch trees in the region. The area was heavily logged for it's timber resources but has since been reforested.
