Everett Washington Park Ordinances *Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 6:00 a.m. year round and close at 10:00 p.m. from April 1-October 31 and at 8 p.m. from November 1-March 31.

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; archery, bicycles, fires, golf, motor vehicles, organized athletic play, skating.

*The following require special permits; amplified sound, sales and solicitations.

*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 10 feet) and waste removed.
