Welcome to Washington's Wallace Falls State Park located on the banks of the banks of the Wallace River in the Cascade Mountains. This beautiful camping park boasts tent sites with no showers, the 265 foot Wallace Falls, a freshwater swimming hole, rock-climbing opportunities, over 17 miles of multipurpose trails, waters filled with trout, salmon, and other fish, awesome bird-watching and so much more. Come out and have fun.

Park History: Wallace Falls were not initially named Wallace, but Kwayaylash Falls, after two local members of the Skykomish tribe who made their home in the area. Wallace was the closest word they could find in English to Kwayaylash. Aside from boasting numerous recreational opportunities Wallace Falls State Park also protects a mountainous oasis of temperate forests of hemlocks, maples, cedars, and douglas firs that provide home to animals such as mountain lions, bobcats, bears, deer, ospreys, and many others. Please treat their home with respect.

The campsites are all tent sites. To contact the park office please call 360-793-0420.
