Newcastle Park Ordinances 

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 7:00 a.m. and close at sunset. 

*The following are prohibited; alcoholic beverages (except on special occasions), camping, car washing, defacing public property, littering, loitering around restrooms or bathhouses.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, horseback riding, motor vehicles (including watercraft), picnicking, remote control aircraft, swimming. 

*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed. 

*All sales require special permit.
