Welcome to Washington's Fort Worden State Park located in Port Townsend. This was one of many forts established in the late 19th century in order to ensure the security of the Puget Sound. Come out and explore over 12 miles of multipurpose trails. One of the park's more unique features is it's Coast Artillery Museum which is open daily from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. The fort is named for Real Admiral John Worden.
