Welcome to Riverfront Park located on the banks of the Spokane River in Spokane, Washington. This park has several picnic shelters, the site of the city's first water station, the historic 1902 Great Northern Railway clock tower, and the magnificent 1909 Looff Carousel.

Spokane Washington Park Rules

*All parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at 11:00 p.m.

*The following require special permits; amplified sound, vending, sales. 

*The following are prohibited; alcohol, defacing public property, fireworks, golfing, harming wildlife, fireworks, weapons.

*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed. 

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; motor vehicles, organized athletic play, picnic grilling.
