Yellowstone Lake State Park
Welcome to Yellowstone Lake State Park in Blanchardville, Wisconsin. This park's landscape was carved out by glacial retreat at the end of the last ice age but the lake itself is actually manmade and was dammed up in 1954. The lake is stocked with fish every year. Some of the park's resident wildlife include the brown bats, and each individual one eats up to 600 mosquitoes an hour. Come out and spend a day on the lake.
38 of the park's campsites have electrical hookups. To contact the park office please call 608-523-4427.
The acreage of adjoining Yellowstone Wildlife Area as well as Yellowstone Savanna State Natural Area are included in this park's total number.
