Welcome to Brunet Island State Park located at the confluence of the Chippewa and Fisher Rivers near Cornell, Wisconsin. This park's landscape was carved out by glacial retreat at the end of the last ice age thousands of years ago. Some of the resident wildlife include bald eagles, blue herons, raccoons, squirrels, skunks, and white tailed deer. It is a fantastic place for bird-watching.
