Welcome to Citizen Park in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. This park was named after a Great Lake Ship that was built in the region as far back as 1847. The waterslide helps make the pool at the Manitowoc Family Aquatic Center a popular place on hot summer days.

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at 11:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; alcoholic beverages, amplified sound, defacing public property, horseback riding, littering, metal detectors.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.
