Welcome to Wisconsin's Buckhorn State Park located along the Wisconsin River near Necedah. Many recreatonal opportunties, both aquatic and terrestrial abound here.

Camping: Buckhorn State Park boasts 68 family campsites each with a fire ring and picnic table. Showers are available nearby. 7 of the campsites have electricity.

Trails: Come out and explore over six miles of hiking trails, one of which has a 20 foot tall wildlife observation tower. Not all of the trails are terrestrial there is a 1.8 mile canoe trail that attracks kayakers from miles around. Canoes and kayaks can even be rented inside the park.

Wildlife: Some of the resident wildlife that inhbabit the forests and wetlands of Buckhorn State Park include wild turkeys, coyotes, white-tailed deer, and black bears.
