Wildcat Mountain State Park

Welcome to Wisconsin's Wildcat Mountain State Park located in the Kickapoo River Valley. This park was first established in 1947 and got it's name because it is said that farmer in the 19th century went looking for a bobcat that killed several of their sheep and found it somewhere in what is today's park. One can explore the park by land on it's hiking trails and enjoy some beautiful views of the mountain or one can explore by water by paddling the Kickapoo River.
