Carl E. Steiger Park

Welcome to Carl E. Steiger Park located on the banks of the Fox River in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This park was named for a man who was a local Civic Leader and co-owner of a local rug company. The Wiouwash Trail goes through this park.

Oshkosh Park Ordinances

*The following all require special permits; amplified sound, camping, sales and solicitations.

*Unless otherwise posted all recreation areas open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 11:00 p.m.

*All domestic animals must remain in designated areas, be leashed no longer than six feet, and have all waste removed.

*The following activities are all prohibited; feeding of birds, glass objects, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; picnic grilling, golfing, tennis.
