Welcome to Wisconsin's Lake Kegonsa State Park located on the shores of Lake Kegonsa near the town of Stoughton. The lake itself is over 3,200 acres in size making it a very popular place for aquatic recreation. The open fields make a great place for kite-flying on windy days. The name Kegonsa is an old Native American term that means "Lake of Many Fishes."

Some of the resident wildlife include white-tailed deer, squirrels, red foxes, raccoons, and over 60 species of birds. Please treat their home with respect when visiting.

The campground has 96 campsites including 28 with electricity. To contact the office please call 608-873-9695.
