Hartman Creek State Park

Waupaca, Wisconsin

Welcome to the beautiful Hartman Creek State Park, a place that dates back to the wagon era of the 19th century when a man named George Allen operated a working farm on this land. Their primary crop was hops which is a big ingredient in beer making which, along with dairy, is a big industry in Wisconsin. This park was first established in the summer of 1966. The park has over 12 miles of multipurpose trails and is a popular mountain bikers destination. The picnic areas have grills so bring some meats for cooking.
