Welcome to Brazi's beautiful Chapada Diamantina National Park. This park was first established in 1985. It is located in a plateau region that ranges in elevation from 1,600 to 6,600 feet above sea level. Chapada refers to an area of steep cliffs and Diamantina is due to the fact that the region is rich in diamond deposits. Come out and explore.
