Atikaki Provincial Park
Manitoba, Canada
Welcome to Manitoba's beautiful Atikaki Provincial Park. This wilderness is almost a million acres in size and is untouched by roads and can only be accessed via canoe/kayak or aircraft. 11,000 years ago a vast glacier covered this landscape and many of the park's lakes were formed by glacial retreat. The park's name is the Ojibwe word for "country of the caribou." Come out and explore.
